Version I
All disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement including its existence, construction, meaning, scope, validity, termination or breach shall be referred to and resolved by online arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed under the rules of the Centre For Alternate Dispute Resolution Excellence, Bengaluru (CADRE ODR), https://www.cadreodr.com; +91 80884 16909.
The arbitration shall be conducted as per the CADRE ODRs rules in force which can be downloaded from www.cadreodr.com or obtained by email to resolve@cadreodr.com.
Either party may request for appointment of an arbitrator by emailing CADRE ODR at resolve@cadreodr.com and copying the email to the other party. CADRE shall appoint an impartial arbitrator from its panel. The juridical seat and venue of arbitration shall be <<as agreed>> and the courts of <<as agreed>> shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any applications arising out of the arbitration.
Version II
Any disputes shall be resolved by online arbitration by a single arbitrator as per CADRE ODR Arbitration Rules (www.cadreodr.com; +91 80884 16909) by writing an email to resolve@cadreodr.com. The juridical seat and venue of arbitration shall be <<as agreed>> and the courts of <<as agreed>> shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any applications.
Version III
Any disputes shall be resolved by CADRE ODR Online Arbitration Rules (www.cadreodr.com; +91 80884 16909; resolve@cadreodr.com) by a sole arbitrator. Courts of <<as agreed>> shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
